Business Development Executive


·       Be responsible for driving the sales process by effectively managing client accounts

·       Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual individual revenue targets

·       Maintain strong business relationships with clients

·       Continuously liaise with clients to ensure client satisfaction

·       Be responsible for expanding RedOmni’s client portfolio

·       Report to the Director of Business Development.

·       Cold calling potential customers and building relationships

·       Attend frequent client meetings and present our services

·       Understand customer needs and introduce our services accordingly

·       Work towards monthly sales targets and KPI’s

·       Conduct market research and identify potential customers

·       Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·       Ability to proactively and confidently manage set tasks and work independently

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Marketing (CIM /SLIM) or equivalent

·       Excellent written and spoken English

·       Excellent PR and interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality

·       Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in E-commerce

·       Good knowledge of the E-commerce sector

·       Strong understanding of online marketplaces

·       IT literacy
